#OlehProblems: Arnona? More like Ar-NO-NO

I had to go and sort out my arnona, so I googled the building in order to find it easily. I woke up at 7am so I would be first in line. I went and the building wasnt there. I asked around, found out that it used to be there and then went to the new building. I got there, turns out I didnt have a form I needed. I went home and got it. I came back. I needed my roomates information too, so I said okay, i'll call them and fill it out. The lady says "no, they need to fill it in". I said: "what does it matter, either way i'm gonna step outside, call them and fill it in myself" Her response "okay, but don't come back to my desk after". I filled in the info, took a new number, annd then I got sent back to her desk. She then covered her ass by pretending I wasn't there two minutes ago and finished with me. Basically it took me four hours to do something that should have taken 5 minutes and had to pretend like i was never there. #olehproblems
