#OlehProblems: Banks and Credit Cards

I got my credit card stolen in bat yam on shabbat, and the credit card company wouldnt shut off the card becuase the bank was not open..so they left the card open and the guy who stole my card spent over 3k shekels on my card. I go make a report from the police than took the report to the bank. The bank manger tells me ""its my fault it was stolen and they will not cover the 3k shekels"" So i start screaming and yelling at her and she is screaming and yelling at me.About 45 minutes of screaming i decided to call my isreali friend. He came in and within 15 minutes of discuss the situation in hebrew she says to me "" all you need to do is sign these papers so we can have the insurance cover the charge"" so i look at her and i say..so you just wasted 45 minutes of my life for something that you can but you dont want to because i dont speak hebrew. She says I didnt understand exactly the problem, i said well how hard is it to understand that my credit card was stolen and i need to be reimbursed. you obviously new enough english to explain to me why you couldnt do it. #olehproblems
